1 February 2009 TrailGen goes live – First client comes on board

While 2008 has seen the development of our proprietary Trailer Fees Management system – TrailGen – we are now happy to announce that our operations have successfully started with some of the major Luxembourg Asset Managers. Our Trailer Fees management insourcing service is live since February 2009.

13 January 2009 DMFSA project presentation to the ALFI members

On January 13th 2009, an ALFI breakfast seminar took place, focusing on the ‘Dematerialised Mutual Fund Sales Agreement’ initiative. Martin Fritsch, Fund-F Manager and member of the Trailer Fees Dematerialisation initiative steering group, has introduced the audience to the technical aspects of this promising new industry standard. 31 August 2007 Fund-X unveils a spin-off focused on the support of Trailer Fees Management: Fund-F S.A.

The goal of Fund-F will be to support its (already existing and as well as future) Clients to manage more efficiently the processes surrounding their Trailer Fees infrastructure. It will offer both consulting and Outsourcing services to the Fund Industry.

24 July 2007 Fund-X is moving

On July 24 2007 Fund-X moves to the EBBC (‘European Business and Banking Centre'), next to the Luxembourg airport.

The move to our new office is a significant step in the evolution of our Company. It brings us an improved infrastructure to meet with our Clients as well as an increased comfort for our current and future staff.
